Pathways to Healing Sunday 5 p.m.
This class will offer a safe space where participants can feel empowered to find support, comfort, & strength in their own practice of yoga, and ultimately, in themselves. The class is designed to encourage presence in the body as a form of unconditional friendship to oneself, a means of forgiveness & permission to be. All souls welcome always.
Lotus Yoga Monday 10
teaching is a mix; sometimes we will flow gently, use props, or hold the asana.
Always with the focus to keep body and mind in balance. Practice with awareness
and accept that your personal limitations are more important than to
criss-cross your legs behind your head. Class focuses on correct alignment,
practicing with joy, and observing your breathing. No previous knowledge of
Sunset Yoga Monday 6 p.m.
delve into the myriad benefits of yoga practice through basic pranayama
(breathing practices); yoga sequences emphasizing alignment, breathing,
and conscious movement; and reflection on yoga philosophy as it applies
in our practice and in our daily lives. We strive to make each class a
well-rounded session that leaves every participant feeling relaxed,
renewed, and well-nourished in body, mind, and spirit. Moderate
intensity; some knowledge of yoga helpful but not required.
Gentle Flow Yoga Tuesday and Friday 9 a.m.
Introductory level class, allowing for growth & variations as your personal practice progresses. Class focuses primarily on gaining familiarity with, and basic principles of alignment in, common yoga poses. Variations & options are offered & demonstrated to make traditional poses accessible to practitioners who are healing or have special considerations for their practice. Class includes mindfulness practices, yogic philosophy, & meditation for stress reduction. No prior yoga experience necessary.
Restorative Yoga Tuesday 6:30 p.m.
In this class you
will find your "adult naptime." Each class starts with a self-massage using various-sized therapy balls to release the soft
tissue. This allows you to completely relax and rest in the Restorative Yoga
poses that follow. A class involves 3 to 5 poses, supported by props to hold the
poses for 5 minutes or longer. By practicing stillness you will recharge
mentally & physically.
Meditation & Mindful Discourse Thursday 6 p.m.
Join us for our weekly satsang as we explore elements of ritual practice from a Yogic perspective. We will endeavor to come to a clearer understanding of the nature of our energetic universe, and expand our consciousness & serenity through meditation & discussion of Yogic philosophies & concepts. Explore how establishing a meditation practice, engaging in simple ritual, & cultivating energetic balance can positively affect your health & vitality. ~30-45 minutes discussion & occasional activity to integrate the concepts more fully. Final 30-45 minutes is spent in deep relaxation through a fusion of guided meditation, mindfulness, & yoga nidra (yogic sleep.)
Meditation Friday 11:15 a.m.
Increase mindfulness in asana practice and daily life
through sitting in silent meditation. We will gather weekly for twenty-minute sittings. Feel free to come
early to settle in and quiet mid-week fluctuations.

Yin Yoga Express Friday 12:10-12:50 p.m.
Enhance your lunch break with a relaxing midday class. Yin Yoga is relatively slow-paced. You will hold the poses for several minutes to access the deep layers of connective tissue that are not typically exercised in more active styles of yoga. (Yin Yoga is different from Restorative Yoga.) Take a break and return to your daily activities with a clear mind and a strong, relaxed body. All levels welcome.
Saturday Morning Yoga Saturday 10 a.m.
A silent space for meditation, contemplation, or rest greets those who come before the 10:00 start of our Saturday Morning practice. This class is designed to develop self-awareness through a variety of classical yoga poses & practices. We focus on strength, balance, and
flexibility, within a framework of mental & emotional equanimity. Class begins with a brief
meditation period and readings from yoga and other spiritual texts that
encourage us to take our practice from the mat into the world. All levels welcome.
